Returns & Exchange Policy

BOOTTIME WILL ACCEPT ALL RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE IN AS-NEW CONDITION(Tags in place, packaging intact, must not have been washed nor worn) SUBJECT TO THE EXCEPTED PRODUCTS BELOW:

  • BOOTS MAY NOT BE SCRATCHED ANYWHERE ON LEATHER NOR BOTTOM OF SOLE OR STAINED. MUST BE IN AS-NEW CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS AND PACKAGING IN PLACE.
  • CERTAIN PRODUCT MANUFACTURES MAY REQUIRE BOOTTIME TO ADHERE TO A DIFFERENT RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY.
  • AUTO-ACCESSORIES MUST NOT HAVE BEEN PAINTED NOR INSTALLED AND BE IN AS NEW CONDITION IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ANY ELECTRONIC ACCESSORIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE NOR EXCHANGES ALLOWED.

HOWEVER, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA PHONE OR EMAIL AS BOOTTIME RESERVES IN ITS DISCRETION AS TO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES BEYOND THE 30 DAY POLICY AND THE TYPE OF PRODUCT SOUGHT TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.  WE TRY TO WORK WITH OUR CUSTOMERS IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!

HOW AND WHERE TO SHIP EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Please contact BOOTTIME for a RMA # and fill out return merchandise form. We recommend that all returned or exchanged items be shipped with tracking information. BOOTTIME shall not be responsible for lost or items not returned to us.

NOTE: BOOTTIME WILL NOT REFUND EXCHANGE OR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS! ALSO, EXCHANGE SHIPPING TO SEND YOUR REPLACEMENT ITEM, BOOTTIME WILL NOT COVER SHIPPING COST UNLESS DO TO ERROR BY BOOTTIME YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR MANUFACTURER.  HOWEVER, IF CUSTOMER RECEIVED WRONG SIZE OR ITEM EXCHANGED WAS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR, CUSTOMER SHALL BE COVER THE COST OF SHIPMENT OF REPLACEMENT ITEM. Please contact customer service for questions or concerns.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS PLEASE ALLOW ONE TO TWO BILLING CYCLES FOR CREDIT TO APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.

IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING AN ITEM AND A CREDIT IS REQUIRED, YOUR CARD WILL BE CREDITED FOR THAT PURCHASE. A NEW ORDER WILL THEN BE PLACED FOR YOUR NEW ITEM. YOU WILL SEE A NEW AUTHORIZATION FOR THIS NEW ORDER.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES SHIPPING AND RELATING CUSTOMS AND CASH ON DELIVERY COSTS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
